About

The short version

I started in tech running cable and climbing towers for a wireless ISP in northern Indiana. Spent eight years at GameStop working my way from seasonal hire to store manager. Then I landed at GR0 doing content QA. I saw how much manual work was drowning the team, and started automating everything I could touch.

That turned into a whole new role, and eventually I became the sole technical employee at a 60+ person agency. I now build and maintain the automation infrastructure, internal tooling, AI-powered workflows, SaaS administration, client-facing Shopify development, and whatever else needs doing.

I don't have a CS degree. I have a bias toward shipping things that solve real problems and a deep comfort with figuring things out as I go.
